Alright, I just got AU today and the Runechildren are leaving me a little confused.
Just a couple points that sorely need clarification, I think.
If, say, someone reaches 12th level, and decides to become a Runechild, their experience points are brought back down to what's needed for 11th level, right? Cause that's the way it seems to read.
And Second, The aforementioned 12th leveler becomes a runechild right then he'd get 3 powers (one from the 5-6 list, one from the 7-8 list, and one from the 9-12 list). That much is made clear. However, when he is high enough to take one from the 13-16 list, he only gets one from there, Correct? Not one from there and an additional one from the previous lists.
