Augment agmented summoning

Bull's strength won't stack with Aug summoning... but if you didn't have Aug summoning- you could cast any attribute buff on em (bear's endurance, cat's grace, etc).

PHB2 has a metamgaic feat, Imbue summoning- where you can summon the creature with a beneficial spell of third level or lower already placed upon them without increasing the casting time.

Players Handbook II has the Imbued Summoning feat, which allows the caster to apply a single touch spell of up to 3rd level to a summoned creature. (You have to spend the slot for the second spell as well.)

If you use the Specialist Wizard variants from Unearthed Arcana (pgs. 59-64) and use the Conjurer, your summoned creatures gain a +2 (when you're 10th lvl) or +4 bonus (when you're 20th lvl) to Str/Con, which stacks with Augmented Summoning.

You could also try Reality Deviant Publications' Summoning Feats. It's got about 50 feats in there related to summoning, including an Improved Augment Summoning and numerous others that can boost the abilities of summoned creatures.

This might be a little weenie - in one of the Books Eldritch of Might (I think), there is a feat similar to Augment Summmoning except the bonuses are unnamed. This might have been corrected in errata or updates to 3.5 and it might be something that will make the DM and/or other players angry, so make of that what you will. :)

Which requires the use of the Leadership feat, pretty much, though. :p

No they don't.

Enhanced Summoning (Ex)

At 1st level, a conjurer using this variant gains the Augmented Summoning feat for free instead of the Scribe Scroll feat.

At 5th level, the conjurer's summoned creatures become particularly tough to dispel. Add 2 to the DC of any caster level check made to dispel the conjurer's summoned creatures. At 15th level, this addition to the DC increases to 4.

At 10th level, the conjurer's summoned creatures gain an additional +2 bonus to Strength and Constitution. At 20th level, these bonuses increase to +4. These bonuses stack with those granted by the Augmented Summoning feat.

A conjurer using this variant does not gain bonus feats for advancing as a wizard.
