Yeah, I agree. I love shopping for a cool gizmos and contraptions for my character. He's a bit of a tinkerer, so pulling out a pair of metal tongs right when they're needed to fetch the ring out of the green slime really gets him going.

I need to get me a hard copy of the Aurora's for sure. It was one of my all time favorite books. Great detail, great writing and a sense of humor too; Rules in small print to emphasize the story over the crunch; neat little touches that gave a nice flavor to the realms. The food section was really neat 'cause it gave you an idea of the kind of exotic stuff different cultures created. One of best DnD books ever.
