WotC has just made B10 Night's Dark Terror ($11.99) and CM2 Death's Ride ($11.99) available for print-on-demand over on DriveThruRPG!
Both of these classic adventures introduced elements of Mystara that would become staples going forward. B10, for instance, laid out numerous aspects of Karameikos (e.g. the hutaakans, the Iron Ring slavers, the city of Threshold, etc.) that were later referenced in GAZ1 The Grand Duchy of Karameikos, whereas CM10 introduced the Sphere of Death (later renamed the Sphere of Entropy), one of the five spheres to which all of the Immortals (i.e. deities) in Mystara's cosmology belonged (though this adventure presents it as being a place rather than a type of power, which wasn't how it was detailed in the Master Set).
