B5 - too close to the show?

I just wrote a review of the game...

HERE it is.

Final analysis: the game will allow you to take the game in any direction you want (and in fact has some good advice for how to handle player action -vs- television show canon).

But I handilly disagree with some of the choices made. For example: who will have more Hit Points:
  • A: a first level Markab Soldier with a CON of 10
  • B: a first level Human Soldier with a CON of 16
  • C: a first level Narn Soldier with a CON of 05
  • D: a first level Minbari Soldier with a CON of 12

Answer (hilight the area): { The Narn. Narn get +2 HP. All of them have 1d6+6 Hit Points; Constitution has NO influence on hit points what so ever, and (for the most part) niether does race. }

Sorry but the Narn would have two more hit points - all Narn get +2 hit points as stated in the race write-up.

I have an idea for a B5 campagin, but I might have to wait until they have all the season books out. Its set after the show, when Garabaldi is head of Eggar's company. He hires the PC's to check out the black projects Eggar's was into.
