According to AB in private, he has no children. In public, he's the father of Jaine's ONE baby.

Right, but noone knows it's AB's child.

Only the mother knows who the father is, but she's not been sufficiently in the spotlight to attract the attentions of anyone but the two Archonus's, except as a pregnant woman with magical combat capabilities who is about as pregnant as Jaine is (and thus a wetnurse candidate).

Gertie- Mik needs to tell you a straight yes or no about if Xath knows of Dara.

Wetnurse- fine idea, except bringing another baby into the mix may not be the best. We are in the middle of a war with lots of refugees pouring in from all over. it may too much to hope for, but one could think there is at least one woman who recently lost her child, or who lost a child in the battle area, but picked up and saved the life of another baby she found.

In short wet nurse- possible Yeah --Bringing another child along into danger just to have the wetnurse- definite no vote from me.

No, because AB is not in the line, officially.

Now, if he takes the throne by force someday, the kid has a chance...

But if we're considering anyone who can take the crown by force, ANYONE has a shot.

And knowing how broody and self-sacrificing Archonuses tend to be, I doubt AB will be making any claims.
