I like it. Heck, my little brother(he's 7) loved it. Slowly sucking him into D&D...it'd be easier if I lived up here with him, but I do what I can. And this sure helped. :)
 


Lame. I liked how Grub's adventure could have actually happened -- it was just the behavior of the Underdark's denizens that didn't match most campaigns. Everyone knows Beholders don't shoot blast-rays out of their central eye.

Why couldn't the little guys be threatened by something magical, like a Living Spell, that the central eye could defeat? Again I say: lame!

I kinda theorize that Iyov is a half-carebear beholder. It may explain some weirdness. (Beholders having no bellies, something else must be used.)
 


I think we need an animated D&D series with this style/attitude. It would certainly help grow interest in the game more than the current basic game will.
