I think i figured out the Armor Bonus figures:

Light armors are defined as: Cloth, Leather and Hide
Heavy armors are: Chainmail, Scale and Plate
In light or no armor, you gain a bonus to your AC equal to your Dex or Int bonus, whichever is higher.
I believe there is still a "Max Dex/Int bonus" effect, I'll elaborate more on that in a bit.

Using the unarmored wizard as a bases we can discern:
15 Armor Class - 5 (Int bonus) = Base AC 10.
Chainmail Cleric's Armor Class 16 - 10 (base) = +6 Bonus.
Scale Armor Fighter's Armor Class 19 - 10 (Base) = +9 Bonus
(maybe +8 since there is a Fighter ability to retain DEX to AC in Heavy Armor that may have been factored in the hidden Races/Class section and she has a Dex bonus of +1)
Plate Armor Paladin's Armor Class 20 - 10 (base) = +10 Bonus
Now for the tricky bit: Leather and Hide
The Warlock wearing Leather Armor with a +2 Int bonus has a Armor Class of 15. We should be able to conclude that the Leather Armor AC is then +3.
The Ranger wearing Hide Armor and a +4 Dex Bonus has an Armor Class of 17. We then should deduce that Hide provides a...+3 bonus.
Well that doesn't make much sense that two different armors provide the same bonus. Which brings in my theory of "Max Dex/Int" bonus and precedence from 3.5E.
If we apply a Max Stat Bonus of 3 (mean max dex for 3.5 med armor) then Hide Armor provied +4 armor bonus.
So, based on my theory:
Leather +3
Hide +4
Chainmail +6
Scale +8(9)
Plate +10
Anyone else have thoughts on this?
