As promised, we have added another preview to our downloads section, the lovely and talented HOODOO.

Enjoy!

That looks great Wulf! Amazon, you say? Perhaps I should order there then. Paychex (sp?) said I have to wait until my next credit card statement and type in a number from the statement before I can place orders using the service..amazon might be faster!

About a month ago I drop them an email to let them know how much I enjoy HOHF: Dwarves and the next thing I know Ben is emailing me back with an offer of a free copy of Half-Orcs and a question of whether I'd care to add to an upcoming product.

Well, now, in all fairness, lest folks think I am such a cool hombre I am handing out free copies willy-nilly, it does help if you are a known freelance writer.

and with any luck, that might save you from an avalanche of people sending e-mails looking for swag. are you even distributed in canada? i've travelled to some places much less remote then where i am and still i have not found a single copy.

Wulf, after some months, I bought the Dwarves book last months, and I must say it's the crunchiest d20 book I've bought. Each little page is full of rules or flavour, it's a book without an unnnecesary word, everything from it is useful. I love it.

I'll buying the Hal-Orcs book with the next paychek, as sure as the Peck is peeling potatoes in halfling's heaven.

And of course Badaxe products are available from your friendly neighborhood EnWorld store as well.

Putting together a big order from EnWorld for my birthday, and may have to add some HOHF stuff. No reviews here yet. Anyone?

Hey Joe, not so! For HALF-ORCS, there are already two reviews on ENworld proper, and at least two more that I know of offsite:

Link To HALF-ORCS Reviews

Two reviews there by Joe G. Kushner and GameWyrd, and at the bottom you will find links for the two offsite.

And if you are curious:

Link to DWARVES Reviews

I am always happy to read new reviews, especially by ENworlders, who as we all know are some of the best informed d20 purchasers out there. If you kept up on the reviews for Dwarves and then picked up Half-Orcs, you may see that a great many customer comments were taken into consideration for the second book. This is a trend I intend to continue, so by all means, please post your reviews of the books!

Ha! Now if I can only get reviewers to stop turning up their nose about the small size format and "price per page" ratio, I'd be in good shape. I couldn't be happier with the "value-per-word" I've delivered.

Got 1/2 orcs yesterday. Loved it. Thanks, Wulf!

Two questions:

When can we buy Bad Axe t-shirts? I want that maniacal dwarf to be seen whenever I go to a Con.

And will Heroes of High Favor: Humans and Heroes of High Favor: Half Elves each have 54 prestige classes, since they can have any class as favored class? :D

(I think that makes 54 possible combinations, but my math might be wrong.)

We won't be doubling up the content of Half-Elves and Humans. Half-Elves can choose to use either the Humans book or the Elves book-- or, if your GM is generous, both. We mention their options briefly in the impending Elves book and will do so again when we get to humans.

As I mentioned in the ENworld interview we did a while back, our plan currently is to cover Humans in a hardback anthology (titled, simply, HEROES OF HIGH FAVOR). It will combine content from the other books as well as remaining multiclass combos, plus new stuff for each race that we couldn't fit into the smaller format, plus a ton of new general "human" feats, new skills, etc. I am really looking forward to working on the layout on this one, as it will be a full-sized book (not 6x9) and no pretermined length, so there is some room to really stretch my creativity!

I will see about those T-shirts again... I apologize, they haven't been a top priority, but I feel silly passing up free the advertising you're offering!

Well, sure, just go ahead and ruin my insidious plot, why don't ya...
