I'm looking to start a D&D game this fall and need 3-4 players. I'll be using 3.0, though I will allow some elements of 3.5 (druid and ranger class changes, for example). I'm located outside of Baltimore, Md, and anticipate meeting to play twice a month. As much as I'd like to run a weekly game, my schedule likely won't allow it.
I'm a long-time gamer with about ten years experience at DMing under my belt; one to two players from some of my previous games will be involved in this one. The setting is a 'home-brewed' world crafted over the past two years by myself and 4 other experienced DMs. It has a heavy nautical flavor and numerous original races providing a wide array of role-play potential. My gaming style mixes heavy amounts of role-play and significant hack'n'slash; no single session is likely to be confined to one or the other.
