I think it best to respect Monte's right to sell his product and not offer it outright right next to your email address. That is going to look like a calling card for whoever else wants the .pdf file from you as well.
However, cutting and pasting small parts to send to one person are probably not a problem. It certainly is NOT distribution to a scale that anyone could claim damages for.
