Banner help Please!

Im running an online Palladium Heroes Unlimited game and i need a banner. I dont have any art progs and was curious if someone could make me a couple of cool looking banners to choose from.

Its a super heroe game called New Freedom City. Its by the Palladium System.

I'm not saying that I'll do it, but let me put it that way: if you give me (and everyone else) more information (what name on the banner? any "subtitles"? have you got any "original" art? what size? animated? - that sort of things) I - or anyone else - might help you out.

As I'm designing my own banners, buttons and logos at the moment, I might as well help you out

ok well i dont have any original artwork or any artwork at all.

Thats why im asking for help.

As for the writing i would like for it to say:

Bottom Left:
