They are tremendously powerful, by the way. CR 17 with a 26 hd, good sr and other defenses, a death wail, frieghtening appearance (1d4 perm dmg to three stats!) and 1d4 cha touch all DC 26 as well. You might want to also look at the Keening Spirit template (a ghost varient) from City of the Spider Queen as well if you want something taht is not amazingly powerful

Actually them being that powerful is okay since one of the PCs must be killed by one in order to break a curse that has been laid upon him.

The trick will be the rest of the group surviving and getting his corpse back to be ressurected.

In your vast knowledge, have you ever seen a template for a Banshee (wailing ghost), that gives appropriate designations as it progresses?

I am seeking something for an Elder Evil campaign and i want an epic Banshee to be the queen seeking godhood. Please advise, and feel free to email me with anything you discover. My knowledge is vast in 3.5, but not near yet epic or legendary. I know very little of versions before or after this one, as it has been my focus.
