Barb and Jolly Blackburn of Kenzer...

I don't really know the people, but it is always sad when parents lose a child. Heartbreaking, and the saddest news I've heard all week. If it's not too much to ask, what was the story here? It sounds like Jolly was maybe prepared for something like this, if I'm reading between the lines correctly... which is sad in a whole other way. :(

I've received several emails requesting information on where to send donations. Rather than give out Jolly and Barb's home address, we're happy to receive donations here at the office and then pass them along to the Blackburns when they return from Indiana.

Any monetary donations should be made out to Jolly or Barbara Blackburn (not to Kenzer and Company).

Please note that we won't be at the office this weekend, so any special deliveries should be planned for during the week. Also, I routinely open and sort all the mail that comes to the office, so it would be helpful if any bereavement donations are marked in some way (such as mentioning Amber), to distinguish these from other mail.

It's wonderful to see such an outpouring of goodwill and sympathy for Jolly and Barb. I can't imagine how difficult this must be for them. Thank you all.

Having a little girl of my own, this is about the worst thing I could imagine happening to me, so they definitely have my sympathies. :(

From what I gather from the re-posted FB post, their daughter must have had some disease where she couldn't walk, and it finally caught up to her.

Not much else to saym except we're sorry for their loss.
