Manifesting the fury of fire, some say that Fire Rager's have sworn a pact with and are filled with the raging soul of an evil fire goddess.
When raging, a shimmering aura of fire surrounds and flows along the body of the barbarian. At higher levels, this fire may actually protect the barbarian, or damage others.
Fire Frenzy
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, flames envelop your form when you rage. For the duration of your rage you can make a single Fire Bolt attack (as the cantrip) as a bonus action on each of your turns
after this one. You also gain resistance to fire. (Your barbarian rage damage is considered fire damage)
Aspect of Fire
At level 6, when raging, the fire aura damages those within 5 feet of you that hits you with a melee attack, doing fire damage equal to 1d8 plus your Con modifier (tougher barbarians can withstand/generate higher heat). You also gain cold resistance.
Burst of Flame
At 10th level, once per rage, you may use an action to cast Burning Hands at its base level. Add 1d6 at 14th level, 17th level, and 20th level.
Fire Aura
At 14th level, at the start of each of your turns, each creature within 5 feet of you takes 2d8 plus Con mod fire damage, and flammable objects in the aura that aren't being worn or carried ignite . Creatures that touch or hit you with a melee attack while within 5 feet take 2d8 plus Con mod fire damage.
