Barbarian question

I'm a little confused by your premise.
Either you want to Two Weapon Fight (we'll say with two short swords) using Ambidexterity, Rage, and Cleave.
When you fell an opponent, you get one melee attack against another creature within reach. To get an off-hand weapon attack, you need to use a Full Attack action. You may choose to use either your primary or off-hand weapon, but not both.

OR you want to Two Weapon Fight with two Greatswords. You still wouldn't get the extra Cleave attack, but it would at least be funny to watch.

I would pay to see that!

If you like to cleave, I would recommend the Great Cleave feat. Great Cleave works best with a great sword, great axe, falchion, or other two handed weapon.

If your barbarian does not multi-class, power attack, cleave, great cleave could be your first three feats.

A multi-class barbarian/fighter could get feats faster, but does not gain barbarian abilities during the fighter levels.

I would not recommend Great Cleave. At higher levels, you are unlikely to drop an enemy in one hit, which means Great Cleave is only useful when clearing out a room full of mooks. Which is not something you want to spend a feat on.

Wow, me and Dandu agree on something. Yeah if a fireball can do the job, then spend your feat on something useful.

Something that may be overlooked. If you have multiple attacks, they don't have to be against the same target. In 3.5 anyways.

You could stab two adjacent enemies. Or shoot different targets with your bow. Or If you have quickdraw then you can drop an opponent and throw a dagger or javelin at a second opponent.
