Bards and Bow Implements

Anybody know how to make this happen? Only thing I saw that was even close was the Pact Bow, but it is my understanding that this only works for Warlock powers...

Well, with a little stretch, Arcane Implement Proficiency covers it. Bear with me ;)

Just have to work on the premise that at some point in the future an arcane class will come out with bows as their implement!

Haha! If only my DM would go for that... Maybe I can convince him the Artificer may have bows? Ah well, guess ill be juggling bow/implement/sword then, as I'm not a fan of that particular paragon path, thanks for the help guys!

One work around:

Take the disembodied hand familiar (or the rakshasa claw upgrade). It lets you retrieve or stow any item as a free action. This will allow you to freely switch between bows and wands when using weapon and implement spells.

Or the MC feat that gives you cantrips, and keep a mage hand active for free switching of your (now FOUR) hand-held items (after all, you just took a wizard MC, I expect you'll someday want a wizard implement). If we were still in 3.5, this build would require ranks in Perform (juggling).
