Basic layout for # of different challenges?

A while ago, I happened upon a web page (not on enworld) that talked about a basic layout for how many different challenges should be in a dungeon or level.

The list was something like this:
3 combat encounters
2 skill challenges
2 RP opportunities
etc

I can't remember what I typed into google to get there, and am kicking myself for not bookmarking it before clearing my cache. Does anyone have any idea what the website (possibly a blog) this was on, or do you know a general formula for how many of the various gameplay elements to include?
