That was the special GenCon version which included the cd-rom of data sets and pdf version of the book. The hardcover (early September release) is just the book, but that's enough for this contributor!

Edit: Bummer. I cannot order the PDF without the book itself. Maybe in a few months?

My guess is that the hardcover will ship to distributors on Sept. 7th and then to retailers by the 9th.

I will add in an option to buy the CD-ROM and not the book, though.

Thank you very much, Jim! If you sell the PDF via RPGNow I'd buy it there, too -- I don't really need another CD, and don't use E-Tools or PCGen.

We're working toward this right now, actually. Our goal is to have all of our products available as PDFs in the next 3-6 months.
