Bastion of Broken Souls and Dreamers

A former DM used the Bastion of Broken Souls as the basis for an adventure, but I'm not sure how strictly he followed it. In that game there was a lot of chasing after a cult of sorts called the Dreamers. They seemed like an interesting bunch to model a class after. can anyone whose read the module let me know how well npc dreamers were spelled out there? (ie, should I bother borrowing/buying it or just create the class from my player perspective memories.)

Edit: I remembered the Dreamers from Bastion; I don't recall how much game info there was. You might borrow a copy to check, but I suspect you'd be okay just going by your remembered perspective.
