Bastion Press Needs Gen Con Volunteers

I really don't know my schedule otherwise I'd volunteer to help out the Bastion crew. Would have jumped on it immediately if you guys were giving away Oathbound backscratchers, but nooooooo.

I think people will probably have the ability to work a couple of your time slots in a row, since they are like half-gaming slots. Am I correct in my reading of your offer that they will earn a T-Shirt and two Bastion title if they do something like that?

Yep. Work one two hour slot, you get the T-shirt and one free product. Work additional slots and one free product product for every slot worked. We have a couple of folks who are working two slots and I'd like to see more. Some of the time spent working a slot will be running a demo while the rest may be handing out catalogs to passing gamers.

It's all part of a secret covert plan to take over all the d20 companies one by one (ala Lord of the Games). We've brought a couple of the Mystic Eye folks over to the Dark Side already. You never know who will be next...

That's pretty damned cool! If someone has friends in tow, can they possibly get on the same shift and work as a team? Also, could someone get additional T-Shirts by working additional slots?

Yes, friends can probably work the same shift although they will likely have different responsibilities depending on our needs at that time. So bring your best gaming buddy or even your significant other in tow and convince them to work with you for two hours.

Only one T-shirt per person, however, due to the cost involved. There may be a way to get additional shirts but it would take special effort on the part of the volunteer.
