I'm trying to integrate the Battlemages and Elementalists from MGP into Dragonstar. The only way I can get it to balance is by allowing players from a specific region to gain access to them (in this case, they come from my Rokugan-based world [this and their own dragons are how they compete on the Galactic Level]).
Can anyone give some suggestions for this problem?
