Battlemind Deceptive Mind Feat

The suggested starting feat for the Battlemind is "Deceptive Mind" but I can't find the description anywhere. Can someone please tell me what it does, where I can find, or provide a link to the description? Thanks so much.

Prerequisite: Battlemind, battle resilience power
Benefit: You gain a +2 bonus to all defenses while your battle resilience is in effect.
