Saturday I watched an 8 player game of BSG. I got there late, we planned a full day of games, but it was fun enough seeing what was going on and trying to figure out who the cylons were.
I don't think there are actual rules for 8 players, but they worked something out, though they changed the sympathizer just as I arrived. I guess they decided that card meant you were loyal. 2 cylons revealed themselves and the 3rd was secret until the end, when the ragtag band won the game. Some of us suspected it was Rosalin, the president, since she was sitting on her quorum cards and not contributing much to the card count for tests.
The humans got pretty lucky during the second half of the game because none of the cylon attack cards came out, so they didn't have to worry about raiders, civilian ships, etc.
