I heard that the note Adama found was left behind by some production assistant who was subsequently sacked. ;)

IMO we were meant to assume Baltar left it since it followed right on the heels of his conversation with Six about not being able to help the fleet without revealing his secret. Not sure if that is true, and as for who else it might be, it could have been Sharon, maybe?

I just thought of the coincidence of the 12 models and the 12 colonies. OK, I'm probably a little slow. :p

It's still a mystery.

It might be Baltar, since as it was said, Six had told him this but he couldn't reveal his knowledge because it would expose him.

It might have been Boomer, acting under some sort of sleeper-agent programming (like to warn the humans somehow).

It might have been another Cylon agent.

Say, that's good. High level silliness.

I've got this theory. I've read that some people think there are no humans left, that they are all just Cylons repeating this story over and over. I disagree. I think there are no more Cylons left. This is all just a reenactment (like those on the Civil War) that got out of hand.

Having seen the people walking around Lexington, Massachusetts dressed in Redcoat and Colonial uniforms, I could actually believe this.
