And as I stated, the proof -was- there. It's just that you looked after the parties removed it from public view. The proof -was- there, and the proof is available to interested parties who ask for it, but the publisher is not republishing it because he is embarrassed to have published it in the first place.
Have you -asked- Justin off-list to see the proof?
If the publisher hadn't named the artist in question, other publishers working with the artist or considering working with the artist would not have known. How else should he warn the other publishers without actually going public with the information?
