Beastiary 2 and spells

So it has been a while since the Beastiary 2 came out, and I was looking to see how non pathfinder society players were handling the new monsters

Specifically, I was wondering what they were doing with the polymorph subschool spells and SM and SNA

Beast Shape: there were new animals and magic beasts introduced, can I take their forms with this spell now
Plant Shape: Same as beast
Giant form: 2 new giants, can I turn into them now? what do I get?
Elemental Body: there were 4 new elementals, but as elemental body spells specifically list what you get in each form, is there any adaptations of this spell including the 4 new elementals (side note: if I shape into a lightning elemental, is the spell an air, fire spell, or electric?)
Form of the Dragon: similar to elemental body, the spell lists the 10 dragons already, but will primal dragons be added? what about drakes?

Can a druid with the appropriate level for wild shape change into these new forms too?

For SM and SNA, can I add the 4 new elementals to the list of possible summons? the spell does say elemental (size), ANY. Is the summoning of an Ice elemental a cold spell or a water, air spell too?

Will all my questions be answered with Ultimate Magic?

I am looking mostly for house rules and how DMs are handling this, Thank you for the imput.

Yes, you can turn into any of them that are within the size limits. You get whatever features they have that the spell allows.

Elemental Body: there were 4 new elementals, but as elemental body spells specifically list what you get in each form, is there any adaptations of this spell including the 4 new elementals (side note: if I shape into a lightning elemental, is the spell an air, fire spell, or electric?)

Since these spells provide specific instructions instead of general rules, either you cannot use these forms or you and your GM need to compare the new elementals with the old forms and decide what abilities are both thematically correct and of a similar power level.

Yes.

You should be able to summon any, although the GM should look at them and make sure that a small ice elemental is not notably stronger or weaker than the small elemental from Bestiary 1.

Will all my questions be answered with Ultimate Magic?

Possibly, but it might just introduce more questions.

Much of it does not need house ruling. It has not yet come up in my game, so I don't have any specific house rules for what is required.
