First Post
After reading two threads I have come to this conclusion.

Anything you want to do, you can do through and npc.

Npcs are the best villians and the most trusted friends.

Npcs Can Provide Comic Realif

Npcs make the world static and not dynamic (sp!?)

NPCs are the way by which the GM plays as well. All plots of the GM are composed of NPC interactions which the players have to interact with.

NPCs are dangerous easily missused and abused.

How do they make a world static?

NPCs were they way I got to try out character idseas. Use them as friends or villians. NPCs are the way the PCs interact with the world. They are very important and can be used in anjy function. They can be thought of as the backbone of gaming.

NPCs are where I get to use things like Heralds, Horsemen of Vangal, Penumbral Lords, Crypt Lords, Calastian Battle Mages, and oh yeah, Incarnates. :) So that's why NPCs are good for me! :D

Speaking of which... Piratecat, do you still have plans to use any of those wacky NPC's we all came up with in your game?
