Best 11th level and under rituals?

Undead Ward is essentially Magic Circle, but just for undead. If you have the latter, then the former is superfluous.

Shadow Bridge is based on Arcana and lets you make a bridge out of solid shadow, which can foil the best laid ambushes of a DM. It takes 5 minutes to cast and lasts for 10. It has to start and end on a solid surface.

19- 1X10 squares
20-29 2X20 squares
30-39 3X30 squares
40+ 4X40 squares

It doesn't say anything about needing to be level, so it could be rather useful for getting over keep walls or up cliffs ;)

Bridges go up cliffs?

We had great fun with fastidiousness tonight. After the party cleared the assassins and their dragon leader from the sewer, the barbarian insisted on going directly to the tavern to celebrate without stopping to wash up first. When the cleric said "they won't let you in smelling like that", his response was "let them try to stop me.....smelling like what?" So the party kept him distracted with ale while sneakily casting fastidiousness on him. Throughout the adventure afterwards, it became a running theme. "I smear the blood of my slain enemy on my face." "OK, but it won't stick." "GRRRRARRGH!"

I like fastidiousness, and my Wizard took it. Of course, Prestidigitation does a similar thing (minus the warding against grime) but I cast it anyways. It fit his character.

Cantrips elegantly grant a lot of fun little effects (explicitly wizard or hybrid wizard class domains) ... the pyromancy in Affect normal fires is likely outside the range though.
