Best d20 for a sci-fi game?

although it is premature, I will mention that D20 Future is in the works from WotC.

I aftr much considering went with T20 for being both different and complete...one warning though is that the editing apparantly is not very good, so expect some inconsistencies.

Well, i compare Spycraft and D20 Modern, and Everquest and D&D3E (and, i suspect, Babylon 5 D20 and Star Wars D20, but we'll have to wait and see), and, considering how good T20 is, i can't see any reason to wait for D20 Future.
