Best DVD Commentaries

I've never really paid much attention to DVD Commentaries. However, I've just watched the Conan the Barbarian DVD with the Milius/Schwarzenegger commentary - which is an absolutely classic. Are there any others which are worth listening to?

When I saw the thread title, I immediately thought "Conan - no question." Funniest DVD I've ever seen. I'm convinced that if the Democrats had gotten a hold of it and publicized some of the AMAZINGLY dumb things Arnold said, they would've ended his gubernatorial campaign instantly.

The DVD for This Is Spinal Tap includes an audio track with Nigel Tufnel, Derek Smalls, and David St. Hubbins "commenting" on the mockumentary. It's nearly as funny as the original audio track.

The commentary for "Sum of All Fears" is very enjoyable. You know about 5 seconds in that this is going to be honest and not just a PR piece.

"I'm Phil Alden Robinson and I am the director of this movie."
"I'm Tom Clancy, I wrote the book that he ignored."

I especially enjoy the Fellowship of the Ring actor's commentary - Ian McKEllan in particular is a riot. Commenting on how Bilbo in his "old" makeup looks like Dame Judy Dench's mother.

"Ah, here's Mrs. Dench again..."

I enjoyed listening to the commentary track for El Mariachi. This is Spinal Tap is classic too. The Criterion version has them in character, I believe, or is it the other way round?

It's possible there's also a "real" commentary track in which the actors chime in, but they're definitely in character. It gives a certain "Behind The Music" feel to it, making it even more preposterous.
