Best evil special cohort for LE leader?

What is the best 10th level character equivalent for a special cohort for a LE follower of Bane?

Assakku (Legions of Hell) Diabloic corrupter/killer of the innocent. At will: Detect Thoughts, Fly, Polymorph Self, Prestidigitation, Shocking Grasp, Dancing Lights, Ghost Sound. 1/day each: charm person, contagion, flame arrow, silent image, tongues. 1/week: plane shift. DC 13 + spell level.

Erinyes (MM, 10th level of 12 in Savage Species "monster" class). Infernal seductress.

Gladiatrix (Legions of Hell) Infernal bodyguard. Strong combat skills (dire flail).

Kochracon (BoVD) Diabolic torturer. At will: animate dead, cure moderate wounds, desecrate, detect good, detect magic, dispel magic, magic circle against good, liquid pain, major image, sorrow, suggestion, teleport without error (self + 50 lb. of gear), wave of grief, wrack; 1/day blasphemy. Diseased bite (devil chills).

Pain Mistress (Legions of Hell) Dominate Person (DC 18) and Polymorph Self 3/day, Symbol of Pain 1/day (DC 21); Good combat skills.

DMG Leadership feat says a special cohort should add at least +3 to its CR to get its ECL. I'm thinking the Kochracon is too good at CR 7 + 3 as it can cast a horde of unlimited spells per day. So, if I can't get the kochracon, which is the next best? My weakling wizard/conjurer needs a bodyguard, but I also need someone versatile with a variety of powers to help me outside of combat (which I try assiduously try to avoid, LOL----I'm 11th level and have still never directly killed a single creature!).

He's going to run it. My character will "suggest" what she wants it to do, and the DM can have the cohort decide for itself whether or not to follow the "request". The cohort is there to mold the PC into a "better" (more twisted) servant of Bane, not to be the PC's slave. More of a "mentor," really. :D

Maybe you should make up some sort of reverse-cohort feat for your character - the feat lets your character be a cohort of some powerful being! :D

LOL. I'm already a cohort of Bane under that logic. ;)
