Best Graphic Design / Layout

What tabletop RPG product do you think has the best graphic design and layout? Why? This is an honest question and I am pursuing it in part for a school project.

In August there was a month of RPG questions called RPGaDAY. Day/question #23 was about best layout. People answered on a number of forums including this one, as well as on a wide variety of blogs. A google search for "RPGaDAY 2017 best layout" should find a wide selection of people discussing this exact question.

I really like NEW's layout. Probably the best compromise I have seen in regards to establishing a feel for the book while also retaining a high level of readability.

I'm a huge fan of good indexes, Burning Wheel's layout works great for me but the index lets me find everything I need fast.

The 4e rules compendium layout is a little boring, but it works well for that book.
