Post the best monster gimmicks of all time, not from just DnD but from any game, or even from a movie or comic ! We're talking about attack patterns, special powers, or other weirdness that just makes a monster POP.

Here we go :

That one drow chick from Menzoborannzan who replaced on of her boobs with a magitech bomb that could wipe out a whole city district! I think she also had poisoned darts that hovered around her in a fight

Reptile, from mortal kombat, he can turn invisible and then spam high and low projectiles that move at different speeds, which made him cool as heck to fight against as you dodge a barrage of missiles and then uppercut him back into visibility

Wasn't there a dreadul FR book where the mage creates a spell that moves his brain into his butt, and vice versa? It's used to great (and revolting) effect when he's attacked by a mindflayer. Very silly, but funny none the less.

Sadly, that was in one of Salvatore's Drizzt novels. But then again, it was one of the Harpells who came up with that.
