My favorite probably isn't sutable for new players -- the Black Rain by Monte Cook. It's a great idea, especially if you ben dit to fit your campaign more closely.

Heh. I ran Black Rain for a group of friends. One played a Shifter. So very funny. He lost all of his abilities until the combat with BBEG at which point he beat the living *&^% out of him.
