Best Printing Services?

Anyone have any good printing services they'd recommend for printing out PDF books?

I know Kinkos (which seems rather expensive, plus it kept giving me this annoying PDF is not formatted to the ptoper size so you can't use all our nifty functions such as price tracking, whenever I wanted to print a WOTC file...)

And Mimeo seems pretty good...

Anyone have any luck with anything else?

If you don't care about what type of binding you get, go for Office Max or Alergra printing. They will be kinder and gentler on pricing and they will not charge you computer time for printing the file and making last minute changes. If you want a better binding, like a perfect binding, then try lulu.com. They will be happy to print out anythying you want and they are fairly reasonable in price.

If you come up with a better solution, let me know.

well, I'm looking for something I can print online with and have delivered to me... like mimeo, though I haven't looked into office max...

Mimeo seems relatively good so far...

d20 Future... 226 pages, printed double sides, in black and white. Black spiral binding (not sure if it's plastic or metal) with a cardstock cover and back page. First page printed in color on the cardstock cover.

$23.32

I assume there will be a delivery charge though, if I order from them...

Print(Fu) had pretty good rates, although S&H seemed high to me. However, they are "not currently taking order." Looks like they are history.

My understanding is that lulu.com will do that if you own the copyright. They are apparently sticklers about this. No sending your old D&D PDFs you bought from Paizo to have them printed out (or so I understand from researching this).
