Darkman

Someone actually liked man of steel? Really?
And Rocketeer?
And Captain America?

(The last two had potential, but were ruined by a director who doesn't know how to do a comic-book movie aside from setting the period)

I'd have to go with the first 2 X-men movies, and Blade.
DC makes better animated products, so long as they aren't doing "New 52" or adaptations of graphic novels (those have all sucked). Green Lantern First Flight and Superman: Braniac might be the only exceptions: both very good. Really, I'd just like to see them continue the Bruce Timm universe that the stopped when JLU ended. Or continue Young Justice.
Live DC: really can't think of anything good without going back to the 1989 Batman, and only the 1989 Batman.

Sticking with Live Action and only Superhero movies, rather than anything that is just "based on a comic book" like Scott Pilgrim or The Losers

My top 5:
Captain America: Winter Soldier
Superman: The Movie
Avengers
Captain America
Unbreakable

Other one I really liked:
X-Men Days of Future Past
Sky High
Thor I
Man of Steel
Dark Knight & Returns
Mystery Men
Hancock

In no particular order...
Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Iron Man
Spider-Man 2 (Remake? I have NO idea what you're talking about....)
The Avengers
Unbreakable
The Incredibles

The airplane scene in Superman Returns. As far as I'm concerned the rest of the movie doesn't exist, but that scene...that's what it was all about.

Does Run Lola Run count as a superhero film? She can reboot time and has a sonic scream.... ;)

The original Spider-man is still best.

Dark Knight was excellent.

Iron Man, Avengers and both Captain Americas were good.

Incredibles was fun.
