Beyond Countless Doorways: "Unofficial Planescape" ?

First Post
Look at this.

Monte Cook, Wolfgang Baur, Colin McComb, and Ray Vallese; plus a preface by Zeb Cook, and art by rkpost.

There's constant references to how it's possible because parts of Planescape are in the SRD, how it's the old team that worked on that setting, etc. And also, how it's going to be different because they can work on stuff that would not fit in the Greet Wheel.

So, what do people think?

I was thinking the same way when I first saw that. \\

I guess we need to know more about the product before we decide what it is. Also, will it be supported with future products.

All-in-all, though, it's very exciting.

Yeah, this one is a "must-buy".

In Monte's Line of Sight he mentions (paraphrasing) that it will not have any specific Planescape references (for obvious legal reasons), but that those who are familiar with Planescape will enjoy the book for alot of the same reasons they enjoyed Planescape.

For me, the Planescape materials remain the best creative material designed for the D&D game, in any edition.
