Actually, the last one gives me an idea. Some really huge and yet perminently invisible. All you see is it's giant footprints.

I used something like that once. it had the stats of a kraken. The scout party [Ranger & Barbarian] that found it thought it was a bunch of small but very heavy invisible creatures. They fired upon it with arrows. A TPK followed.
