big sky?

so, sepulchcrave II [author of 4 amazing story hours which if you haven't yet read, shame on you! they're comparable to the best in fantasy fiction] mentions one of the characters in his campaign [a druid] casting a spell called "big sky." now, i know that i've seen this spell somewhere but for the life of me cannot find it. anyone know where it's from?

It's a spell from Masters of the Wild. Nice effect, stupid mechanism, if you ask me.
