There is some form of BR 3e conversion being worked on by a few people; you can see some recent discussion of it at the forums at that website. Basically it has been languishing for a year or so, but they keep promising it will be ready 'real soon now'. They're not calling it a conversion so much as a complete update, new materials, that kind of thing. Eh.
You can use the 3.08 conversion there, but really, I don't think there's much to convert. A couple of BR proficiencies from the boxed set need to be converted to Professions, Knowledges, or Crafts; the effects of the blood abilities need to be updated to 3e stats; the domain rules need a bit of tweaking (what do new classes collect regency for, how will you handle the freewheeling multiclassing of 3e in that regard, will you even allow the monk in BR). And poof, you're done. You can restat the awnsheghlien and major NPCs as you need them. Since PCs rarely encounter most of them, take the just-in-time approach and don't bother with most of them.
