Tabletop Adventures is proud to announce that Bits of the Wilderness™: Into the Open has been selected as a 2006 ENnies Nominee in the Best Electronic Book category. Through the collaboration of Tabletop’s Scriptorial Minions and the Carmona Brothers, Tabletop Adventures has developed a product that brings life to the grasslands. An expanded demo of the product has been posted for your enjoyment. Check it out at http://www.tabletopadventures.com/tta0108demo.pdf.

Tabletop Adventures is going to GenCon! We’ve been planning for it all summer, but now that we are nominated for an ENnie, you can count on seeing the whole group. Look for us in our stylish green company shirts. We’ll be spending our time on the gaming floor. Also, Look for Bits of the Wilderness: Into the Open and Bits of Darkness: Dungeons I & II at the RPGnow booth at GenCon 2006.

See you at GenCon!

Well, we didn't win an award, but we were pleased that the gold award for Best Electronic Book went to our good friends at Dog Soul Publishing. We saw them after the ceremony; they were extremely excited, and rightfully so. "Baba Yaga" (which was their first product) was very good. If we couldn't win, we're glad the award went to someone we've worked with. In fact Deborah Balsam, who is 1/2 of Dog Soul Publishing, was one of our Writers of Darkness for the Mother of All Treasure Tables. We look forward to working with Deborah and her partner, Sean Frolich, more in the future. Congratulations to them!

Thanks for your kind words, Vicki! The Ennies were beyond words for us, and took us completely by surprise. It was particularly wonderful to have so many peers around us, and we're looking forward to seeing more new and talented publishers like Tabletop in the spotlight in years to come. The future looks very bright for us all!
