Black Company RPG sneak peak at KamCon!

Arc Dream Publishing will be at Kam Con in Kamloop BC September 12th-14th with the Balck Company RPG!

As we've previously announced, both Dennis Detwiller and Shane Ivey of Arc Dream Publishing, creators of the award winning Delta Green RPG, will be attending KamCon in September. But the special news is that Arc Dream has granted a special exclusive FIRST SNEAK PEEK at their newest game, 'The Black Company', based on the lauded dark fantasy series by Glen Cook! Shane Ivey will run a first ever convention session of the game (and more if we can convince him!!). The Black Company RPG is set to be one of the biggest upcoming releases, and KamCon is exceedingly proud and excited that Arc Dream have given this opportunity to our attendees!

I'm very excited for this RPG. Green Ronin did okay with what they had, but I feel that choosing to use the d20 STL hamstrung that iteration of the Black Company RPG.

The Green Ronin book brought me back to the hobby. I saw it on a shelf in a hobby store I went into in a lark.

I liked it enough that I released a compiled errata document for it (designed to be pasted onto the end covers of the book).

That was more than a decade ago, sadly. During a time when I was less smart about backing up my digital files. I lost my (at the time only) external HDD to a head crash in 2013.

Very interesting. Looking forward to more info. I've read the Black Company's first three books more times than LOTR! Did an AD&D 2e campaign inspired by it.

Quite frankly, I don't like the spidery logo.

Interested. I wish they put more info about the game system on the info page.

I dont let myseld get excited about games any more until I know what the system is.
