So, for those of you who didn't want to have to wait a week between chapters, or dislike reading material in your browser, your excuses are over.
WotC has put a compiled PDF of Black Crusade. And it's still 100% free.
Black Crusade: Compiled
(For those who might not know, Black Crusade was originally written to be one of the first of the Ravenloft: Dominion line of novels. Alas, it was pushed back for marketing reasons, and thus became a victim when the line was canceled. The novel was done, however, and Wizards decided to make it available in electronic format. It was initially released chapter-by-chapter as a weekly serial, but it's now available in completed form. While I'm disappointed that it won't see print, I'm delighted that you folks are able to see it in some form.)
Some prior discussion of the book can be found here: http://www.enworld.org/forum/general-rpg-discussion/248781-fiction-black-crusade.html
