I'm not sure the DM in this case has the Draconomicon. Either way, I have a wizard chasing after the dragon with Icy Grasp in the murky depths. The dragon also has total concealment despite the attack, so we'll probably need to stand at the edge of the water for attacks while it waits for its breath to reset.
