ToV Black Flag Reference Document (BFRD) Now in Creative Commons CC-BY 4.0

According to a July 14 press release featured in a video by Ted from Nerd Immersion (linked below), the Black Flag Reference Document is now available with either ORC or CC-BY 4.0 licensing options.

However, neither bfrd.net nor Kobold Press' main page have been updated to reflect this announcement. I trust this link from the PR will go live at some point soon: https://koboldpress.com/black-flag-roleplaying-updated-with-cc/
