[Blackmoor] New Blackmoor Books at GenCon!

Toll Carom

First Post
Hey, all,

Zeitgeist Games is excited to announce that we'll have not one, not two, but three brand new products for Dave Arneson's Blackmoor at GenCon Indy this weekend. These include the new and improved (and deadly) epic adventure Temple of the Frog, as well as Riders of Hak -- the definitive reference on the Peshwah -- and Clock and Steam, the long awaited sourcebook on "gadgetech" for the setting.

We're very excited about these new books, and we hope to see you all there. If you can't make the con, don't worry; these products are available to order direct from our online store (click the "Zeitgeist Games" link in my signature) at any time.

Uther once and always!

Best,
CAS

Drool.

You know, I was about to lament the fact that I haven't written for Blackmoor recently... But I think, in this case, I'd really rather pick up the books blind, and read 'em as an excited fan. :D

Yay! Temple of the Frog!

Wow, that brings back memories.

Yeah, it will be cool to compare to the WOTC version. (Which I don't believe is related to Blackmoor, but may be. I am not aware of the moduels history, just title similarities).

Ya know, I'm starting to think I'm never going to get the signed (by Dave Arneson) copy of the Blackmoor setting I won in a chat here what, 2 years ago. Guess they really didn't like my review of their Wizard's Cabal...

(not that I really care, since I already own a copy, but a signed one would have been cool)

Is there a current core setting book for Blackmoor? How about a list of all current (d20?) books for Blackmoor.

If you follow the Zeitgeist link in the sig of the original poster I think that's all of them.

We'd be delighted to get that off to you, but you haven't been inclined to respond to our previous attempts to get your contact info (through both public posts and private messages). If you'd like your signed copy of the corebook, I'll personally make sure that you get it when I get back from GenCon. Just send me a private message with a mailing address.

Best,
CAS
