Blacksway, Help please

I am having some difficulty logging in to edit my Creative Mountain Games products listings on the EN World site. I believe that I should be able to log in under CreativeMountain as a user name but the password that I thought I had doesn't seem to be working. Is this a difficulty that you can address for me please?

Eh? Aren't you already in the middle of an email conversation with Blacksway about this? At least, looking at all the emails that have been cc'd to me, you certainly appear to be sending emails back and forth about this issue.

No Morrus. The last three days all I have received are Emails from people asking if I have received the information. None of them ever actually contain the information. Perhaps with your next inquiry as to the status of the problem you could include the necessary information to alleviate same. I'd really like to update my d20 pub listings.

I can't do anything - it's all complicated code stuff. I'm sure Blacksway will solve it for you when he gets some spare time.

Isn't there a "Lost your Password" feature somewhere that will allow me not to trouble anyone with this. Seems like most of those systems have that sort of thing.

It's a hand-coded job - not as flash or advanced as most commercial packages. There's no way for me to get your password via admin systems or anything - Blacksway will need to actually go into the databse directly, which os completely beyond my technical skills.

Probably a good function to add, though, when Blacksway has some spare time.
