But its outflung leg is stuck around the chain, forcing Margidan to spend is effort pulling free and not attacking. [Succeed on the trip, rolled Nat 1 on the follow on]The snarling shifter dances around the clumsy warforged, and pounces. But the spear goes wide for little effect. [My dice hate folks today...]Kuther's magic missile hits the prone form, damaging it further. Fritz follows with a splash of acid that dissolves some of its armor. [1 hp]Seeing Fritz safe, the paladin moves opposite of the shifter and cuts deep into its plating. The fibrous bundles of the forge seem rotten, and fray easily under the blade.
