That is certainly disgusting. You might even want to give it a special attack that when it explodes it causes neaby combatants to become nauseated or even take some temporary Con damage if they fail Fortitude saves.

Might be a good idea -- though this thing is already, what, CR18?

The other thing I need to figure out is requirements to create it, I suppose.

Bile golem -- I like it. But also, eugh!!
